Atlas for Venues · United Kingdom · Edition 2026 · From £0 a year
Fill the room.
Keep the whole cover.
Everything around service in one annual fee: the diary, your guests, the phone, marketing, loyalty, events and payouts, from £649 + VAT a year. 0% commission, nothing per cover, no per-module upsells.
A diary, floor plans and waitlists
- 0% commission on everything you sell
- No per-cover fees. Ever.
- Every feature included on your tier
Start where it matters: what you're paying now.
Atlas is materially cheaper than the reservation and guest systems it replaces, and it doesn't hold features back to sell them again later. Everything on the tier is included: the diary, the guest CRM, the AI phone host, marketing, events, loyalty, payouts.
Atlas isn't your till. It sits alongside your EPOS and doesn't try to replace it.

Bronze is free forever but does not include the diary: it's the listing, QR check-ins, menus and loyalty. So the saving above is measured against Silver, the cheapest Atlas tier that replaces a reservation system. Incumbent ranges are annualised from publicly available indicative UK monthly pricing and are negotiated per venue, so your figure will differ. The full line-by-line comparison, including where the incumbents win, is in section 11.
Work out what commission actually costs you.
Put your covers in. The difference is the money that never leaves your till.
The saving shown is Atlas fees: 0% commission and no per-cover charge. Card payments still settle into your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rates (currently from 1.5% + 20p on UK cards). Atlas adds no markup and never touches your till.
The premise
Most venues run on five systems that don't speak to each other, and pay commission to the one that charges for the guest who was already walking through the door. Atlas replaces that stack with a single annual fee, and then it gets out of the way of service.
What follows is everything a venue actually gets: the diary and floor plan that runs the book, the guest intelligence that makes hosts look telepathic, the AI voice host that never misses a call, marketing that reacts to the weather, a loyalty currency your guests already carry, voucher redemption, 0% ticketing, a marketplace, and a settlement layer that proves it all happened.
A full guest CRM with email, push and SMS campaigns is included rather than sold as an add-on; pre-orders go out with the booking confirmation so a table of twenty chooses its courses before it arrives; every check-in stamps your venue permanently into the guest's NFT Food & Drink Passport, minted and paid for by Atlas; and you can settle your own subscription in pounds, ADA or Bitcoin, whichever suits your books.
Atlas isn't your till. It sits alongside your EPOS and doesn't try to replace it, your payroll or your stock control.

A diary that behaves like your floor.
Tables, sittings, pacing and walk-ins on one canvas, with the clash caught before the host ever promises it.
Draw your rooms once, set your service periods, and let Atlas hold the shape of the night. Guarantees are card holds, not deposits, so you protect the cover without taking a penny you haven't earned.
Floor plans
Multi-room layouts, combinable tables, bar seats.
Service periods
Lunch, dinner, late: pacing rules per sitting.
Card guarantees
Held, never charged. No-show protection at £0 extra.

GDPR retention
Guest data swept on a schedule you control.
Your hosts, quietly telepathic.
Atlas reads your own booking history and hands the floor a one-line answer: who this is, what they drink, what matters tonight.
Tags are computed nightly from real behaviour, so no one has to remember to write a note. Perks get attributed, so you finally know whether the complimentary glass brought anyone back.
Automatic guest tags
Wine regular, birthday season, big spender, lapsing.
Guest value score
Lifetime spend, visit cadence and recency in one number.
Service prompts
The right nudge to the host stand at the right minute.
In-service perks + ROI

An AI host that answers every call.
Your phone stops being the bottleneck. Trinity takes the booking, quotes the wait, explains the menu and never sounds like a robot reading a script.
British, warm, and boxed in by your rules: it only says what you've told it to say. Every call is transcribed, classified and filed, so you can read the night back in ninety seconds.
24/7 inbound host
Takes reservations while the pass is slammed.
Your own number
A dedicated line per venue: Silver and Gold text on it, Platinum diverts calls to it.
Call log centre
Transcripts, AI classification, outcomes, follow-ups.
Takeaway & collection
Declared per venue: Trinity only offers what you offer.
Experiences & upsell
Bottomless brunch, masterclasses, pre-ordered champagne.
SMS paylink
Finish the booking with a card guarantee link by text.
Guardrails & voice auth
No invented venues, no advice it shouldn't give.
A loyalty currency that brings them back tomorrow.
AXP is the points system your guests already carry in the Atlas app, earned by turning up, spent against your bill.
Guests never buy AXP; they earn it from real activity. You top up your own AXP wallet to fund rewards, and 1,000 AXP comes off a bill as £5. Atlas takes no cut of the reward and no cut of the cover it brought in.
QR check-in
Guest scans at the table; bill captured, visit recorded.
1,000 AXP = £5
Redeemed against the bill, reconciled back to you.
Punch cards
Buy X get one free, in an Apple Wallet-style card.
Quests & streaks
Atlas nudges members towards a second and third visit.

Repeat-visit reporting

Fill the quiet hours on purpose.
A wet Tuesday at 38% occupancy is a marketing signal. Atlas spots it, drafts the campaign, and pushes it to members standing two streets away, or emails your whole guest list in the same breath.
Weather, footfall, day-part and your own occupancy feed one scoring engine. It proposes; you approve. Push, email and SMS run off the same audience builder, and every send is attributed back to covers rather than clicks, so the reporting is about the room, not the inbox.

Build the event, set the tiers, and Atlas puts it in front of members who already follow you. Scan tickets on the door from a phone. Sold out? A waitlist captures the overflow and releases returns automatically. Group and party enquiries land in one threaded inbox, and multi-site operators run the whole estate from the group portal.

Pounds on the surface, proof underneath.
You and your guests see £ everywhere. Cardano sits beneath as the settlement and proof rail, and for some things, it's how you get paid.
Covers, tickets and marketplace orders settle through Stripe to your bank as normal. Atlas-issued gift vouchers are different: when a guest redeems one against your bill, Atlas reimburses you in ADA to the Cardano wallet you connect in Payouts. No wallet connected means that reimbursement waits for manual settlement instead, so if you intend to accept vouchers, connect one. Alongside that, one hourly on-chain anchor gives you tamper-evident records of reviews, check-ins and GDPR events.
GBP front to back
Menus, tickets and payouts all priced in pounds.
Wallet for vouchers
Connect a Cardano wallet to be reimbursed automatically in ADA.
Pay in ADA or BTC
Subscriptions and AXP top-ups, if it suits your books.
Hourly anchor
One Cardano transaction proves a whole hour of events.
Verifiable reviews
Ratings you can prove weren't quietly edited.
Audit-ready GDPR
Consent and erasure records with independent timestamps.
Bank as normal
Card revenue never touches crypto unless you choose it.
There is more in here than one scroll can hold.
Everything above lives in one venue dashboard, plus the quieter machinery that keeps a hospitality business honest.
Roles for your team, exports for your accountant, a health score that tells you what to fix, alerts when a regular goes quiet, and an audit log of who changed what. No modules to buy, no per-seat pricing.

Your venue, stamped into a collector's passport.
Every Atlas member carries a Food & Drink Passport. When a guest checks in with you, your venue is stamped into it permanently, a collectible NFT record of the night, minted and paid for by Atlas.
Think of it as the loyalty card nobody throws away. Chapters build up as guests eat their way across a city, and your venue sits inside that story for good, with the stamp, the date and the visit provable on Cardano. Guests chase the next stamp, trails send them to venues they haven't tried, and milestone stamps recognise your regulars publicly. You design your own stamp artwork in the NFT designer; Atlas covers the minting cost and never charges you or your guests a penny for it.
Permanent venue stamp
Your name in the guest's passport after the very first check-in.
Design your own stamp
Custom artwork in the NFT designer: your brand, not a template.
Minted and paid by Atlas
No gas, no wallet setup and no cost to you or the guest.
Trails and chapters
Guests collect across a city; trails route new faces to your door.
Milestone recognition
Tenth visit, anniversary, verified venue, recognised publicly.
Provable on Cardano
Anchored hourly, so a stamp can't be faked or quietly edited.
Passport-led discovery
Members hunting stamps find venues they'd never have booked.
