Accessibility Statement
How Atlas works towards WCAG 2.1 AA, what we have already changed, and the alternatives available if any part of the platform is hard to use.

1. Our Commitment
Atlas Group Technologies Ltd ("Atlas", "we", "us") is committed to making our website and mobile application accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, in line with the UK Equality Act 2010 and the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018 where applicable.
2. What We're Doing
We are taking the following steps to ensure accessibility:
- Using semantic HTML to provide meaningful page structure
- Ensuring sufficient colour contrast between text and backgrounds
- Providing text alternatives for non-text content (e.g. alt attributes on images)
- Ensuring interactive elements are keyboard-accessible
- Using ARIA labels where appropriate to support assistive technologies
- Designing responsive layouts that work across different screen sizes and devices
- Supporting both light and dark display modes
- Honouring the operating system's reduced motion preference, which disables route transitions and image pan-and-zoom effects
- Using tabular, monospaced numerals for prices, balances and points so figures are easier to read and compare
- Managing focus in slide-up sheets and dialogs so that focus moves in, can be dismissed with Escape, and returns to the control that opened it
- Making carousels operable by keyboard, with labelled controls and no auto-advance that cannot be paused
- Providing touch targets of at least 44 × 44 pixels on primary controls
- Offering an offline mode so saved venues, bookings and passes remain readable without a connection, which helps users on slow or intermittent networks
- Running the platform through an automated accessibility and visual QA suite as part of our release process
2A. Non-Digital and Voice Alternatives
Nothing on Atlas requires you to use the app. If any part of the platform is difficult for you to use, you can reach the same outcome another way:
- Booking by phone. Participating venues can be called directly. Some answer with Trinity Line, our AI telephone agent, which always states that it is an AI at the start of the call.
- Asking for a person. You can ask Trinity Line at any point to put you through to a member of staff, take a message, or arrange a call back. You are never required to complete a booking with an AI.
- Voice or text with Trinity. Our in-app concierge can be used by voice or by typing, whichever suits you; voice is never required.
- Human support. Email support@atlasfoodanddrink.com and a person will help you complete anything you cannot do in the app, including bookings, cancellations, data requests and account deletion.
3. Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of the platform may have limitations:
- Some third-party content (e.g. embedded maps, external payment forms) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards
- Interactive maps are inherently visual; venue lists and search results provide the same information in text form
- User-uploaded images and venue-supplied menus may not always include descriptive alt text
- Some interactive features such as the QR code scanner and bill capture require device camera access; check-ins can also be recorded by venue staff on your behalf
- Automated speech recognition on Trinity Line can misrecognise some accents, speech differences and background noise; a written confirmation is always sent and takes precedence
- PDF or document downloads, including receipts and reports, may not be fully screen-reader compatible
We are actively working to identify and resolve these issues.
