Complaints Procedure
How to raise a complaint with Atlas, what happens next, and where to escalate if we cannot put it right.

1. How to Make a Complaint
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we want to hear from you. Please contact us by email with details of your complaint, including your name, account email address, and a clear description of the issue.

Subject line: "Complaint" followed by a brief summary of your issue
2. What Happens Next
Acknowledgement
We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days of receipt.
Investigation
We will investigate your complaint thoroughly and may contact you for further information if needed.
Resolution
We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 working days. If we need more time, we will let you know and provide a revised timeline.
3. If You Are Not Satisfied
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the following bodies:
- Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): You may refer the dispute to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. This platform is available for residents of the EU and the UK.
- Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): If your complaint relates to how we handle your personal data, you may lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk.
- Citizens Advice: For general consumer disputes, you can contact Citizens Advice at citizensadvice.org.uk.
